We strive to provide reliable and professional dump trucking services. Because our services involve scheduling equipment, drivers, and logistics, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
Service Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule a service by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover operational costs.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
If we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to our own fault
If a payment was made in error or duplicated
Refunds are not guaranteed once a truck has been dispatched or services have begun.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Services
If services are partially completed, refunds (if any) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on time, materials, and resources already used.
Weather & Delays
Weather conditions, job site access issues, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or rescheduling. In such cases, we will work with you to arrange a new service date. These situations typically do not qualify for refunds.
